Arrivals and departures
Arrivals are from 3:00 PM onwards to fully enjoy the Bouchard estate, and departures are at 10:00 AM to smoothly conclude your stay with us.

Cancellation policy:
If the cancellation is made more than 3 months before the arrival date, the 30% deposit is refundable.
If the cancellation occurs between 3 months and 1 month before your stay, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
If the cancellation occurs less than one month before your arrival, the deposit will be retained, and the balance of the stay will be due.
Circumstantial exceptions: Special circumstances (serious illness, natural disaster, etc.) could be assessed on a case-by-case basis for a potential partial refund or stay postponement.
